We bought a 2012 GWM Florid cross from Lambons in Bloemfontein. the radio on the steering wheel is not working. When we serviced the car they said that it is under warranty and will order the part for us and phone me back so that they can repair it. They never phoned me!!! now with the 2nd service, GWM Bloemfontien serviced the vehicle. They find out that the warranty does not cover the audio fault, Now I want to know. How can Lambons sell a vehicle to us that is not fully functional and don't repair it. Also the front bumpers is broken, they only screwed it together and did not repair it properly, We are paying allot of money for the vehicle and have to drive with shit now. We are not happy customers and want the car to be fixed properly!!!!! I do have the emails I send to the sales person from whom we bought it ,complaining about the stuff that is not right on the vehicle. Can you please assist, otherwise we want all our money back and Lambons can take the car.
