My account has gone into collection due to Accout Assure not processing my claim
I have a still pending claim for an accident leaving me unable to pay my Lane Bryant account. I have sent my medical records to Account Assure. They are Emergency Room records because my Primary Care Doctor, Nancy Cuan, MD, no longer is in practice in my hospital area.
I have not received any report from LB Account Assure. I have requested a copy from Account Assure, after finding their phone number from a customer service representative from Lane Bryant.
My call was transferred once, to claims and I have record of the original claim filled last June 2015? I am not sure of the date until I receive my copy of the Emergency room records. I sent 10 pages. I am searching for all of my account paperwork for Lane Bryant. I did have very good standings with this account until I was injured in a fall caused by a resident manager, at my apartment complex. She moved a chair into the kitchenette where there is no space for furniture. The chair sat outside my indoor hall, not blocking my path in the event of a fire or emergency. Shortly after my accident, she, the manager, was removed from this complex. I am a retired nurse. I was told she had a stroke. I saw her before she was removed as manager, and her behavior was not reflecting she had any sort of stroke. She was in my apartment without notice and touched my belongings, furnishings, pictures on the walls, and said my apartment wasn't to her standards. She, also, served me with eviction notices even though I was current on all rent. The managers of this complex told me to disregard all notices to vacate this apartment as they were in error. I have lived here nearly 14 years.
All I have tried to do was file a claim with account assure for my Lane Bryant account because I fell due to this manager. I have waited for months and account assure has my medical records from the ER, plus, I was brought in by ambulance on a backboard in a cervical collar. I have had spasms in my lower back from a fusion done in 1998. It was stable and now, I have problems from this fall above my fusion. I cannot stand for extended amounts of time. Nor can I sit. I need to move or lay down.
I have only filed this one forgiveness since I am on disability, with Account Assure. They have told me they will send copies of my ER report back to me so I can seek out my former MD. She left the medical group at Valley Medical Center to practice at another place & I need to find her. Otherwise, account assure states they can't complete my claim without her input. I do not remember the MD who cared for me the evening of my accident.
