Here we go again. Notified by Optus "Provisioning Team" that they will no loner be support my domain. No issues as they advised it will remain in place until the 25th November. Well as of today my emails have stopped. My customers are receiving message that the mail box is full. Started chasing a resolution at 8:30am this morning. Transferred 10 times and no help. Finally I am told they will email the department responsible and I should get a call in 3 hours. That will make a full day unable to receive emails. Even tried emailing the Provisioning Team for help, no response. It is shameful and unethical that a company the size of Optus can have services paid for yet not offer the service to back it up. For anyone who cares you cannot email me as I cannot receive them try my mobile 0412161462 that's with Optus, but not for much longer
