I have bought a mobile ''LAVA A97'' on 29 oct. 2016 and from the next day there is the lots of problem in the phone which i have listed below,

1. Automatic charging showing
2. During play the audio or video its just like buffering -its not playing smoothly.
3.Battery draining very fast only 2 hrs during net surfing.
4.During play the video or music mobile is heating lot.
5.Mobile heating is very high reached on 49 degree.

Kindly replace or give the solution.
