On the lawDepot.com website, there are some forms for free download. I downloaded the free "business operating template" and next thing I noticed: there is a $33 charge from LawDepot.com on my credit card statement.

Nothing is free there, it is lies. I downloaded free "business operating template" and they charged me $33 for that. Don't use this website they have false advertising there.

If you gave them your credit card information, that should have raised a red flag. No one will ask for that information for a product or service that is free. That having been said, however, I have run some searches on Google and have found that they advertise their products for "free" in Google Adwords but when you get to their website, none of the advertised items is free. So they are definitely guilty of false advertising.
