I was just refused service by 2 employees and "The Mmanager" at the LCBO at 55 Ellesemere Rd, Scarborough, ON.
I told them the reason my nose is exposed, although wearing a mask, was because I had a medical exemption. The employees were SO afraid they literally ran away. They then called the Manager, who told me "If you have a medical exemption, you shouldn't even wear a mask!" Angerly. I again said I have a medical exemption. The Manager then asked me to leave they will not serve me. I am 65 years old.

I guess the LCBO Thornbury branch might uses detergented water instead of hand sanitizer, because they are re-use 'One step' hand senitizer bottle but that was not a gel just liquid like water and strange smell not alcohol. It's not even a difficult situation to get a hand sanitizer right now, but I don't understand using this strange thing. Also, a woman shouted at the cashier, saying, "Line up in the aisle where the man is" A man was blocking the aisle, so I was waiting beside six feet away from him,I didn't line up there and I just waited for the man to pick out the wine. And my sister was kicked out of the store when I was trying to borrow a cell phone to pay for it and a male cashier named Ben asked me who was going to pay for it and told me to leave the store if you are not pay for it. I know there's a lot to keep in the pendemic situation, but Covid-19 pendemic is a virus we all need to be careful about, not a reason to be unfriendly to everyone. I hope they don't get rude under the pretext of fendemics. They didn't seem to know much about hygiene education because your employees are only in small town. I've visited Toronto, Vaughan, and the Wasaga Beach area, they ware very high knowledge about customer care and hygiene. And there's no such rude shop like here. This is the only place that makes customers so rude without proper hygiene knowledge and nothing any PPE. I'm not going to use LCBO after today. Previously, our family always went here, because there was only LCBO in the local, I'm only going to The beer store next time because of these rude employees.

There is one cashier by the name of INDREA has embarrassed me and talking behind my back with other employees at this LCBO store.My daughter who was working their as Christmas help had told her that I was in that store just about everyday which is not true. They also told her that I was bothering the other employees which is also not true. I would not mind if they came up to me and tell me their comments,but to disgrace me in front the store and my daughter is and should be dealt with severely.If she is not transferred to other store or has not decided to treat me and the other employyes of that LCBO store,Then I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO HAVE THE POLICE CHANGE HER FOR SLANDER AND BEING UNPROFESSIONAL IN HER JOB.

PART TIME STAFF WHO ARE PERMENTANT WHO TAKE THE PLEASURE OF COMPLAINING ABOUT ME AND OTHER CUSTOMESR.I GO TO THE LCBO TO BUY THEIR PRODUCT AND GREET THE STAFF WHO WORK THEIR AND NOW I HEAR THAT THEY SAY THAT IM IN THEIR EVERY DAY WHICH I AM NOT AND BOTHERING THE STAFF .THE MANAGER AND TWO WOMEN (INDREA AND LAWANDA) NOT BE SLANDERING ME OR COMPLAINING ABOUT ME JUST BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A LIFE.IF THIS LCBO DOES NOT LET THEM GO.I WILL SUE THIS COMPANY

LCBO AT HAZELDEN AND CASTLEFRANK TOOK MY CUPON FOR A $5 LCBO CARD AND SIMPLY SAID SORRY WE ARE OUT......THEN DIDNT GIVE ME THE CUPON BACK, I ASSUME THEY ARE JUST GOING TO TAKE IT FOR THEMSELVES, THE WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE TO ME FOR NO GOOD REASON AND ACCUSED ME OF STEALING IT! I HAD MY RECEIPT!!!! THE WAY SHE MADE ME FEEL WAS TERRIBLE, IT ISN'T EVEN ABOUT THE $5! RUINED MY WHOLE EVENING!

Today October 21 /17 is the 2nd time I’ve been over charged for a purchase at the Cedarbrae Mall location. The first time I didn’t catch it until the following week when I checked the receipt to see what I had paid and found a charge for a bottle I didn’t buy.
Today I bought a bottle of bailey’s 1.14 lt paid $57.90 got home thinking that was expensive checking the receipt and again I was charged for a bottle of rum I didn’t purchase. Both times was with a lady named Beth by her name tag. I shop at this location weekly and I’m wondering if they are trying to make up losses by over charging good people
