I bout Gold and Silver American Eagle coins in 1920 worth $14,000. Today I have less than $8,000. When I try to talk to the account rep Terry Moloney, he will not take my calls or return them. I was never told about all of the fees that were associated with it. I feel like I have been scammed and wanting to know if someone can help me figure it out.

I purchased gold and silver American Eagle coins in 9.15.22 woth $14,000. As of my last statement, I have 8,000 left. I have tried to talk to Terry Moloney who is the account rep but he does not call me back and if I do pester him enough he gets on the phone but is rude. I feel like I have been mislead about all the fees and I want to know what I can do about it. Who can help me?

My wife purchased $150,000.00 worth of gold and silver coins. In Oct 2015. November and December the market went bad and rebounded in January to it's original price. She decided she had had enough and took out 2/3rd's of her original purchase price of the metals in February 2016. We expected that we would have at least $50,000.00 left in the account which we were told by the Sales adviser that he would put it all in Silver since Silver was trending upward. Low and behold, we checked the balance in July 2016 and the account was closed because (according to Lear Capital) she liquidated her entire account. At first they told us that the downturn in the market was the reason. No, the market came back in January so she recouped what was originally lost. Then we were told that there was a 32.75 % fee was charged without giving any reason. Now I'm beginning to think that the value of the coins we purchased were not the ones that my wife sold back to Lear. The old switcherooo. I'm almost AFRIAD TO SEE WHAT'S IN MY ACCOUNT.

I'm sick with grief with my purchase from these people, I purchased 21K of so called 10 dollar gold pieces and really wanted 1 oz gold eagles and I find out the coins I purchased don't even have a half oz of gold in them!
They cost me $1505 a piece and a representative called Robert would buy them back for 1300 and I purchased them from a Joe Jagga and he said he would get back to me and NEVER called back.
All I want is my money back, part of my life savings, sick with grief.
