I have bought a sim card from Morrisons and after activation, bought the credit online for £10 and still unable to get that £10 credit on to the sim and after failing to get the balance, I have tried customer care and they said they have rectified the issue and within 24 hrs the balance will be showed up, but it did not and bought an £10 voucher from the Morrisons and tried to topup with that and it says invalid code. I am stuck now with £20 of balance gone in thin air with no use. it is hard to reach your customer care as it is a paid number I am raking up the bill on my mobile and the email response is poor. I think there is some serious fraud going on in Lebara. If this is not resolved soon, i have to complain it to the ombudsman to look into the issue.

I ordered online Lebara SIM ( Mobile no. 07717629324) with half price promotional offer with 10 pounds credit on recharge of 5 Pounds.
I got the SIM but no credit in it
I sent so many mails but everytime they just keep on asking one question or other but no solution. I am writing these mails for the last 4-5 days but no solution.
they have kept customers executive in other countries who don't have any knowledge and does not how to deal with customers.
This is very very poor service from Lebara.
Even they put 19 pens to make a customer service call.
