£5 credit is lost
Yesterday I took a lebara card no 07425181303 and I hardly make any calls to india and all my credit is lost snd i dont have any clue where it has gone. My mobile data connection was also off. If this is the service lebara is providing then its of no use. This was my first and last and worst experience with lebara and will never use it again. Please can someone tell me where are my 5 pounds gone.

Credit Lost
Hi,
I took new lebara sim with number:07435456874 and I made few calls in India which I am pretty sure would not have been more then £1.00. Rest I called my husband on his mobile (he also has lebara connection). I believe that lebara to lebara calling is free for 30 days but to my utter surprise that suddenly my mobile balance came to £0.00. Could you please justify where my remaining credit gone and please revert the credit back into my account.
Looking forward for your explanation.

top up but no credit
I put £5 credit on my Lebara phone (07774767409) paying online and when I tried to call, it said to me that I used all my credit, while I did not make even one call. What's more on my Lebara account there's no registration of that transaction, while on my bank account it is. So I just wonder what I have paid for??

Number out of date when bought
I have bought a "Gold or memorable" Lebara number and have tried to activate it well within the date shown on the packet. When I insert the SIM its deactivated. Apparently... " nothing they can do. "
usual waffle from customer services after waiting 25 minutes to get through.
The worst mobile network in the UK by far.
Update::
No response after 7 days so I emailed again. I got a standard reply stating that they can't get the number back. No explanation as to why this has happened again. Now we all know that these reclaimed numbers can be returned. Remember I didn't let this number lapse. Lebara sold it with a sell by date on it and it was activated well before that use by date. I paid a premium to buy a Gold number beginning 07778 followed by a hundred hundred ending and it wasn't available. Thats plain wrong. Imagine buying a gift voucher from a shop and being told a week before its expiry date.... "we aren't honouring that now.... and we won't give you an explanation."
I have written back to Lebara explaining that I want my original number back or at least a replacement of the same calibre.
UPDATE:
having another nightmare as Lebara customer services seem to have no grasp of the problem and fail to take any positive action. They have now told me to take it back to the retailer who I bought it from. However, he (quite rightly) has told me that I bought it some weeks ago and it was in date. Because it is now out of date due to all the faffing around, he is quite right. It's not his fault that Lebara sold an item that can't be activated!
For Lebara to blame the stockist is laughable. I have asked for a replacement number of the same "memorable" quality but been told that they can't choose numbers as they are sent out at random. Again this seems hard to believe as every other network has a department who control the numbers that they put out. This includes holding back certain gold numbers.
I don't ask for money but a replacement number of the same or better value which seems pretty reasonable to me. The way Lebara are going on your would think that this is even going to cost them money!
It's hard to understand the mentality behind their position or indeed the commercial wisdom of such a policy.
I hope to get a more positive response through here?

Lebara have taken £10 but not credited
I have used Lebara scratchcard top ups for several months now. This month, I bought another £10 scratchcard (a couple of days ago). Tonight I come to add this credit. I opened the plastic shrink wrapper. I scratched off the scratchcard material to reveal the voucher number. I entered the codes as required *#1345* plus the 14 digit voucher number plus #
It tells me that I have entered an invalid voucher number and that it has blocked me for 24 hours.
Why? What I have done wrong. I have paid for a £10 scratch card and tried to top up my phone.
Is this how you want to treat customers, then Lebara?

no internet just money taking, no helpdesk
paid for 3GB data,
no internet was established
complaint though help desk that promises help within a maximum of 48 hours, (now 4 days late = no reaction at all)
no refund, bad help at shop were i Bought the card
NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY LEBARA !!!!
Will post this negative critic on our email list (more then 17.000 members)

Credits
I put 5 pounds credit on my Lebara phone on wednesday( 16 of July 2014) and I checked and the credit was there.Than on Saturday(19 of July 2014) I realised my mobile internet was not working.To cut a long story short,I have NO CREDIT AT ALL on my phoe today (20 July 2014) and I didnt use the phone for NOTHING in that period.
How can this be??
I want another 5 pound voucher form U.

Compromise on services and Promises given
Hi All
This is to bring to your notice I purchased lebara sim card( Mob:+44-07721169447 )on 10 th of july 2014,I also did 5GBP topup and was told I will get 50 mins talkktime free plus 1 p call rate to inida.
I have not made that many calls and my 50 mins got over and also when I checked my balance it is 40 pence.
Please kindly investigate as I am shocked by such fraudulent service.

Got through to Register screen. Wont let me enter my name or birthdate, just email and password. Enetring does nothing, screen just hangs there. Not going to use this phone or lebara again. Wont bother complaining further due to other complaints already on here mentioning bad service so wont waste time there. Will find an alternative competitor phone/site that just works !

Service Cut-off Again!
Lebara are an absolute nightmare. Their systems, customer service and employees are atrocious. Galin Tolev and Serge for example to name names.
The pay as you go plans are supposed to auto renew if you have an account balance greater than the renewal amount, but invariably what Lebara does is take you money and then cut your service off. They took £18 off my account over the weekend and cut-off my service, even though it should have auto renewed for the month on July 1.
Then they are a nightmare to deal with, their online customer service is rubbish and won't assist you, the call centre employees won't help and just hang up on you.
Their customer service attitude is "sorry we made a mistake" but we won't make good on the mistake, but give us more money and we can apply the change that we should have done in the first instance and you invariable end up paying for a bunch of stuff that was included in the plan if Lebara hadn't made so many mistakes.
Essentially they are crooks of the telco world. Avoid if you can.

Lebara mobile internet - no refund yet
Good afternoon,
I would like to file a complaint and get a refund on a recently purchased lebara mobile online credit 1GB for 10 EUR. After spending nearly 2 hours with Lebara mobile support on the phone, on a call that costs me $$ money as well, Lebara is informing me that I cannot use the internet credit on my phone due to the fact that my mobile phone has dual SIM card.
Strange, since my mobile is listed on the Lebara config website for mobile:

I cannot use the purchased voucher, so basically I paid for credit that I cannot access. Your advertisement is deceitful in a way that made me believe it was possible to have internet on my smartphone. Not the case!

I can not call any number(lebara or another company,in uk or abroad)
One week ago the problem started with any land line from Romania and today(26/05/2014)the problem become general---I can not call any number(mobile or land line ,in UK or Romania-including another Lebara numbers) on the screen appears about every number I try to call "disconnect"...I call from another phone (with another company's SIM) and the call can be done without any problems....
What to do?I still have a 20 pounds credit !

I have just topped up two five pounds on lebara mobile. Told top up was successful. . But no credit on my phone
Call lebara cust service at 7.30 on hold till five to eight. Someone answers start going thru security. They cut off, and I call back and your now closed. . Is that how your call center works hang up on a customer when its closing time. I am not happy. I spend a lot of money on lebara. Youve now taken my payment of ten paid but no credit, im sure somewhere thats illegal.

HAVE MEEN CHEATED WITH SPAIN SIM CARD INSTEAD OF FRANCE
Hi,
I asked for a lebara simcard from Mumbai International Airport in the month of December as I was travelling to France.I spent around Rs1400(approx).But when I reached Paris,the sim card did not work.Later when I visited the counter again in January ,they said the seller had sent me a Spain sim card instead of France.They gave me the number of Ritesh,Mobile number-88793400002,to contact.But Mr Ritesh is not responding to my call.
The sim card number is 603225106.
Kindly help me get my money refunded.

I have a Lebara sim card with an expiry date of July 2014, I received a call on Monday but now it says no service, I also cannot check my credit or call Lebara.... All in all this is most unsatisfactory....Not impressed.

No connecton
We really couldn't understand.... All evening we was trying to contact with Poland landline, not only from one phone , but from two????? All evening it showed us wrong number!!! We tried to call from another operator's , it was just fine! So what's happened...? We restarted both phones, we tried everything , and we just toped up!!!! I just would like to ask what if it was emergency??? What we was suposed to do???? And another person with Lebara sim card was speakng normally with Polish landline all that time!!! AND IT'S ALREADY 4 HOURS....AND STILL NOTHING!?

I bought a 20 pound lebara top up at a store today - but i can't put it on my phone as the 5588 number is not connecting. it just ends the call immediately. i have good connection in my room so that cant be the problem and i also tried to do the : # *1345* then the voucher-code #
but that didn't work either!!
