I know the law usually protects the tenants, but when landlord is being responsible, yet the tenant destroys the rental unit without any consequences, this is where I draw the line. I've rented out my condo to Leeanna Rios with her kids, and she even brought in an ex-boyfriend who used to beat her. At the end, she could not pay the rent before I finally have to evict her. However, she left my condo in shambles - broken window, furniture destroyed or stolen, cracked tiles, walls bashed in. I had to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs while she got away scott free. She works at Chili's on N. Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach. Any future potential employers should never hire this kind of irresponsible person.

correct - you should have run a credit and criminal background check on her B4 renting to her.
and you can always sue her in small claims court
'course; did you take pictures B4 and after? did you itemize all problems? did you send her notice of the claimed damage?
