This is the worst insurance. Not a penny of my medical expenses have been covered. I have had to come out of my pocket 100%. I already could barely afford the insurance & it was a waste of money that I had to struggle to scrape up everything month. This has really hurt me financially and I am in a much worse financial situation since getting this fake insurance.

I only wanted health insurance. I was also sold dismemberment insurance. I only got this plan to not pay a penalty at the end of the year. They said that I still may have to pay the penalty if they weren't sure that it was compliant with affordable care plan. I was not explained this or told i was getting life insurance. My plan says that i chose my estate as the beneficiary and I never set up an estate. I started the plan 06/16/2017 and went past the free look period so they said I wouldn't get my money back. I made the second payment on 07/16/2017 and called to cancel today 07/24/2017. They said my cancelation was effective as of 08/16/2017. I told them no, i wanted it done today and returned the unearned premium and they said that couldn't be done, and hung up on me. I called back and some guy said no promises but he would do everything in his power to get me the money back. This is a deceptive company selling a bad product and including things without disclosing it first. One guy told me I should take it as a learning lesson.DO NOT BUY THIS FROM THIS SHITTY COMPANY.
