Need help urgently regarding my Provident fund claim.its going onto the 4th month and I'm having endless problems. I submitted my claim on the 2nd November 2017.When I called them they said my claim was only opened on the 17th November. I was asked to call in 2 weeks and when I did call they told me all my paper work is in order.They kept asking me to call back and I did.Eventually no one was able to help me.Three weeks ago a female called me from Mibfa to tell me I would be paid out in 2 to 3 weeks time.When I called last week they said it was sent for tax.On Monday I found out that my Claim was declined by Sars.They submitted the 2nd time and was declined again.I got a call from Mibfa saying unfortunately Sars has declined my claim cause I was under age when i started work.Ive submitted all my documents with correct information which was done by the company I worked for.Mibfa says it shows that I started work in October1993 which is not true.The correct date I commenced employment was the 30th April 1998.Im really questioning if our life's savings are safe in the hands of Mibfa and so are thousands of people.I personally know of someone that worked with me that was robbed of his money by the person handling his claim.Ive worked for almost 20 years.Ive left my job to take care of my sick sister.I would like to have what's rightfully mine.Please help.Ive attached my payslip which clearly states my date of employment.

I urgently need help as I feel so helpless.i submitted my claim to Mibfa on the 2nd November 2017 and when I called in after 2 weeks they said all my forms were up to date.Ive called back so many times but with no help.They told Me that they put a request through to the person handling my file to update me on any progress.That was not successful so they requested for the supervisor to contact me.After 3 weeks of me calling them a lady called me saying that I'll be paid in 2 to 3 weeks time.Its already that time and they called me now to tell me that my claim was declined twice by Sars reason being I was under age when i started work at my previous company which is not true.According to their system they say I started in October 1993.All my Company documents and payslips and Provident fund statements Cleary state that I commenced employment on the 30th of April 1998.Where did they get that other wrong date from i can't explain.Now they tell me I must call 2nd week in March.They say it's a system error.I truly feel that man handles computers and he feeds it with information. All my documents are correct from my Company.Someones not being honest.please help
