My VISA account was charged an amount that was not authorized by me. I am requesting a chargeback to my VISA card account and an explanation as to why I was charged this!!!

Z mého účtu Visa byla stržena částka, která nebyla mnou autorizována. Požaduji storno na můj účet Visa a vysvětlení, proč mi bylo účtováno toto!!!

My Master Card account has been charged, which was not authorized by me. I demand a reversal to my Master Card account and explanation of why i was charged this!!!
