Ordered a laptop on line-Took three times to apply credit card payment. Once accepted the screen changed and on top of screen stated one item not in stock. Did not show which item NOT in stock-There was only two items, one being a laptop and second one was charging unit. Not only did it not show what item not in stock, It did not state what to do for the shopping cart just stayed there. So, I started a chat. This is where the politics begin, I tried to paste the chat in this window, it wont let me. ( I refuse to upload anything for then it will see where upload came from) To keep it simple, she wanted a cart ID, to which I did not have since, I had paid and the cart was no longer full. I took my screen and went back to see if I could get cart ID since that is the only way she could help me. I got the cart ID, and she stated, Ok, got it, can I send you a receipt to the email on file (that I just created to order this item) First off, she had all my information if she had my email-Second of all, I wanted to make sure both items were purchased. So I stated, a receipt, of course I want one, but the screen shows not all items were in stock as I stated was my complaint for this chat sessions, so I am not sure what I just paid for or not? She said, they all are in stock, so let me get your payment method and I will get you a receipt. Here is where it went further down hill, I said why do you need my payment again, it obviously accepted it, and I am not sure if it was charged to my credit card or not. She then asked, and I quote "can you check your credit card", Really, this is the way they find out is if we do their job for them. So of course I did log into my credit card on another tab on my internet browser, found the pending charge and then went back to the chat session and pasted the pending charge. She then states and I quote " Well, we don't show that on our end for there is nothing pending with this email address" So she had my email address, she offered a receipt on first identifying my cart id, the she wanted my card again. Here is my last line to this chat session, Your typing in circles and this order will be finalized by me canceling it through my credit card because you never answered my question, but wanted more money? Needless to say, Amazon and Walmart are the forced companies and winners for customer service to which it is very sad that you cant buy from a company who makes the product you want. I also, will not buy a lenovo now, I guess Dell is going to be the winner. Take care Lenovo, and I am in the IT field so will be spreading the word that your service is needless to say, unprofessional to say the least! Good Luck as I watch the stock fall.......
