Hi,
I have purchased Lenovo G50-70(59-422418) from Snapdeal with order no 8279609580.which was delivered on 8th of September 2015 .
I found its sound jack and one of the USB jacks were not working properly. Also there is a gap between the frame and screen i.e. the screen was not fitted properly.
I lodged complain with Snapdeal on 16th of the SEP and 17th of sep2015.(compl No. 07226742) and even today.
The Snapdeal Team (some vineet ,Arpita)said that i would have to arrange for JOB Sheet and DOA letter from the customer care as i had crossed the 7 days policy .Only then i would be able to get my laptop replaced .The Service center refused to provide me the DOA letter (Only Job sheet).As for as the frame fitting is concern the service center person
said it would not be repaired.
My Question is that..
1.What would be my next step if i receive the Job Sheet to get my laptop replaced.
2.What if a customer found flaws the very day your 7 day policy expires
