washer and dryer
I purchased a stackable whirlpool washer and dryer from a sales lady at Leon's in Brampton last June.
after I purchased it the sales lady called me the next day to tell me the dryer is vent less, I asked her what does that mean?
she said it works the same you just don't need to hook it up to a vent.
I said oh ok, well the first couple of months was fine but now for the last few months the dryer takes 3 hours to dry one load, I called Leon's and the warranty expired so I took out extended warranty and the company sent a guy in on Tuesday.
the guy turned the dryer on for a few minutes said it is fine, I said there is heat but it takes too long to dry my clothes.
he asked me where the serial number and model number was, I said I don't know I couldn't find it.
he said then this must be a refurbished machine, I said it better not I paid for a brand new one.
he called another technician and that guy said yes 3 hours to dry a load is normal, who are they kidding they both obviously don't do laundry.
The guy that came in obviously doesn't know anything about vent less dryers, my hydro bills are double what they should be because of this dryer.
I asked Davey at Leon's if they have a trade in and she said no
I don't want this vent less dryer the sales lady should have explained this to me more.
I am hoping that I can trade this dryer in for a vent dryer.

Love seat and sofa
I purchased furniture from Leon's on 24/03/2017 and what I knew was that the couches were real leather because I mentioned it to a sales person Michèle who told me that it was leather as well. And then recently permenant marker got on it and when I tried to use the cleaner that came with the love seat the leather also started to peel off. That obviously means that it's not real leather that's why I called Michèle she was very surprised because she was the one that offered that product she told me that she will refer me to the customer service to figure out the situation. When I spoke to the customer service they referred me to the leather care company to deal with them. I'm not satisfied with the product that I currently have and I'm asking you to please resolve my issue by exchanging this product with real leather sofas and love seat.

Non delivery of hardware for the buffet
On 18th July 2015 I bought a buffet with huche from your store at 2222, Trans Canadienne sued, Dorval. The buffet was suppose to be delivered on 8th Aug 2015. We received the buffet and the huche but the glass shelves and the hardware accessories to fix the glass shelf were missing.
Since then we are pursuing your store and every time the customer care representative says that the items are on order. On 20th August I received the glass shelves but hardware is still missing.
Almost one and half month has passed since we paid for the buffet and till today I am not able to use it.
This the worst service I have experienced from Leon's. I have purchased many things from your stores, in past and never experienced such an unprofessional behaviour and handling of the customer complaint.
If the accessories were not available then why the same was delivered.
Even when you speak to the customer service representative, they make us feel that it is our fault and we should be checked before receiving. Yes we checked and informed the delivery man but instead of taking it back he said to call customer service and they will get the same delivered. Since then we are receiving standard response from them that it will take 2 to 6 weeks. I am not sure how many more weeks it would take to get the hardware.
I am writing this with lot of distress and after losing all the hope in getting this fixed.
Can anybody inform when the hardware will be available. And if not or it is going to take another week or more then I would asked for the refund immediately and Leon's can take the buffet back.
I hope somebody understands and provide some resolution.
Do not forgot the money was paid in advance and it's almost 40 days that we can not use the buffet.
