I have ordered furnitures in the amount of $5750 from Leon's North York Branch. When we were choosing the furnitures, the sales representative did not tell me right away that one of the items were out of stock. I just learned it when he was about to issue the invoice. He told me that the dresser along with the mirror was out of stock and will still be imported from Malaysia and stock will arrive in a month's time. That was end of July 2012. I have agreed to proceed with the purchase. The rest of the items were delivered except for the dresser and mirror.

End of August 2012 came and I made a follow up to them for my dresser w/ mirror which I have paid already. They told me it will be the following week. Then came the following week, and they told me again that there was a problem with the supplier. Every week I was making a follow up. Sept. 26 came and I make a follow up again to the sales representative and he told me that the stocks arrived but it is still at the other warehouse and will tentatively deliver the item next week. I called up Leon's office today and learned from the customer service that the stocks are in Scarborough warehouse. I got pissed off because it is only in Scarborough and yet the delivery will take place another week! They have been delayed for 60 days already and will still let me wait for another week. Scarborough is just a few kilometers away from North York and they couldn't give priority to fulfill their commitment to me as a customer who had been waiting for 60 days. What kind of customer service is this? The service manager in the name of Letty told me that they couldn't expedite the delivery because of only 1 item and need to wait for other items to be transferred to North York warehouse. I told her, I thought, a lot of people ordered that model and were waiting for delivery too. She said that she was only looking into my file and don't have any idea about it.

This is the kind of customer service that Leon's is offering to their customers. So BAD !!!
