We purchased our two set of sofa back in October 2020
We received the order on Feb 2021, upon delivery we told the driver the there are some damages and defects on the sofa, he said we have to call Leon’s
Given the situation we understand that the customer service are busy, we were calling twice a week to find out what they can do about our orders.. it is defective, the arms are not proportion, one arm is wider and bigger the the other and the stitches are poorly done.. when you sit on it it sounds like it is made out of plastic and cardboard

After a week of complaints, if we did not call they will not schedule a technician to visit and try to repair the sofa..
when the technician came he told us that there’s nothing to repair because it is manufacturing defects it is not repairable
Another week have passed after the technician we call twice, no one call us
Another two weeks later, again if we did not call nothing is going to happen.. the customer service is basically saying the same thing over and over every time we called.. we cannot refund the money but they don’t even offer some solutions for us.. March 19,2021 we finally got to speak to the supervisor JOSEPH after almost a month of requesting to call us..
again .. no solution but to give us store credit.. very disappointing.. why would we want to spend our money to a store that treated us so poorly and given us defective sofa??
