We purchased the two sofa set in Oct 2020
We waited because we really liked the sofa we saw at their showroom.
The got the sofa this Feb 2021..we are very disappointed
Both sofa are not proportion, one arm is bigger and wider the the other.. when you sit in it, it sounds like it is made out of plastic and cardboard
It took us weeks and weeks of phone calls to get to the supervisor
We wanted a full refund and not a store credit
Not only we got a defective sofa, we were poorly treated by the customer service..
no sense of urgency, no curtesy calls. If we did not call we will not get any answers, even up to now..
