Very disappointed with the pos laju service because not a first time my letter just only put on my gate hold no matter I have letter box at my house.. When I back all my letter getting wet and some of the letter drop outside my gate area.. Hope really someone can follow up my case because I really disappointed with the service given by pos laju.. thanks

Hello Pos Laju Malaysia,

I am here to complaint about the movement and delivery for your service. I have sent a letter from JB to Kuching which is important for me. I thought using your service was a good choice but I guess I was wrong. I had send the letter on Tuesday and should arrive at the destination on Friday or Saturday. But it have been 2 weeks now and still have not reached there yet. I am very disappointed with the service. This happen twice already. People already make a lot of complaints but I do not think the company are taking any action for it. This is the complaint board and the company should do something with it. This is probably the last time I am using the service. Even the big company use other service rather than yours. Your ads is giving too much hope to the people but did not deliver the service as what you told us in your ads. I really hope the person in charge of handling this complaint board will do something with it.
Please step up your game Pos Malaysia.

I sent a letter using speed post to Iran 8 days ago and i was charged 112 RM. The tracking system was active for 48 hours only and after that no update was given so I can track my parcel. After several times trying to call the customer service for which each time I spent 10-15min finally I got the chance to talk one of the staff. And guess what she said? Seems it is arrived in Iran, you can ask your family to go and check and find your parcel if it is not delivered. Are you serious? We are not in 1917. Is that your service?
I have always used TNT or DHL before. This round I don't know why I made this mistake. Spending more money and now it is hanging no where. I hope someone can be responsible and responsive for such lousy service. It is really not acceptable. Just today 8 days completed and still no trace of my letter. Really should congratulate Pos Malaysia for their great job.
