Parcel is not moving since 10 September 2021

I bought a tatami carpet on Shopee since 9 September, however the parcel still not moving. I keep updated on the flow of the parcel but still same, still in Poslaju KLIA Hub. I don't know why maybe because of Covid19. Keep optimizing 😊
