I have purchased LG G4, 32GB, 4G LTE, Gold - Refurbished with awok.com and the mobile is not working as i took the mobile to LG service centre and they confirmed that the mobile is not orginal and its assembled at china . I had a logged a formal complaint with awok.com-Ticket number-750-198-375-448 dated..2017-08-29 08:06:43, but awok management took their sweet time to send their courier person - who screened the item very clearly and also took the photo of the product and finally awok will call you back,
but after a week their personnel Mr. abdul.....043604242 called but not ready to reveal any details or share the mobile number of any supervisors or managers., almost talking like an auto speaker repeating the same words , said mobile is working fine when told him that mobile is duplicate and i am not interested in duplicate items hence requested for a refund or a credit so that i can purchase other item. but refused says there is a scratch on the mobile however told him courier boy before deliver as very clearly checked the mobile for orginal box ,accessories and scratches and also tok the photo but awok is trying to give all kinds of lame excuse.
i am also planning to wrte to the press, government authorities for the kind of cheating they are doing and taking customers for granted.

i would request the this forum to take action against this online company
