bought a LG fridge model # lmx 25964 st/00.Since we bought it water has been dripping from the left door.The water fall on the floor and in the fridge constantly. So far the repair man came 5 times He even change the door to no avail. He is coming back tomorrow.Will keep you post. I want a new unit.

I agree I bought an LG refrigerator about 4-5 years ago that leaks down to the fan which freezes everything then stops the fan from working. This completely shuts down the refrigerator causing loud screeching sounds before it seizes. This refrigerator has cost us thousands between parts, labor and groceries lost. The door also never closed properly to boot. We will be in a group fight to file a Class Action Lawsuit against the company so hang in there. Get the word out as I have so nobody else falls victim to LG's poor customer service and cheap quality products. I would never buy a product by LG or GE again.
