The executive office made contact after FCC complaint and its been a miserable experience, I was threatened that Shannon executive handling case#231-9428 was going to get me for harassment, for being persistant in my results leading up to my complaint. They throttled me without notice and i was a consumer b4 throttling was implemented. 513-266-8178 is my number I have rights! Lets acknowledge them! I have proof of allegations. I just want access to my product and services.
