i had enrolled in choice home warranty. In October 2014 my washing machine had some problem and fianlly it stopped working. Choice home warranty sent a technician and he said he cant repair it so warranty company-chw will give a new one. Then I cotacted CHW and they said the technician is doing research on my washing machine model and parts how he can repair it, and no contact for almost 2 week, after 2 weeks of technician visit they concluded the washing machine is over loaded, thats why its got damaged. CHW offered $ 100 , that sthe maximum they can do for a washer and customer rep told usually a washing machine will work for 20-25 years. so they cant do anything for my washing machine. Now I cancelled my policy, they deducted ONE month pro rate PREMium and $ 50 additional expenses charged against me. Its very hard to deal with such people, finally I cancelled theor poliocy, but I want to get resolved this issue, we are in need of washing machine so urgent so I bought one new for more than $800.
