Product doesn't work
I bought the LG 8TM Elite a few months ago. Since then, I've been trying to get it to work. I had a similar unit a few years ago that at least emitted signals to the electrodes. But I've tried this unit with batteries only, with the 110 VAC power supply connected, and then changed to fresh batteries. I've tried all modes and can't feel anything! My previous unit supplied very palpable signals, but they didn't do what I needed: activating atrophied muscles. The sales information on this the LGMed unit sounded very encouraging, with the modes that I've read about in technical articles.
So I sent an email to them, explaining the problems in detail. In a few days, I got a reply that basically said, "It might not help your problem." Nothing addressed the fact that I don't feel ANYTHING when it's turned on. So I replied to them with a more detailed email, referencing a technical article saying that it should do exactly what I want, and that the physical benefits from stimulation therapy are remarkable. Also in that email, I requested to return the unit to them, at least for testing, and if they couldn't fix it, to provide a refund. No response. And this thing isn't cheap!
The company isn't rated by BBB or I'd go there. No idea what to do next. Any suggestions???

I had completed the electronic form for ordering the LG-Tecelite and replacement pads when my wife suggested I read reviews that were not on the LG Medsupply site. I am so happy I followed her advice. At $119, I can't afford to be scammed. Thanks for taking the time to post your experiences. I'll look elsewhere.

Never got product
Don't order from this company. They charged my credit account but never shipped the product. I never received any correspondence from them. Over two weeks later I had to leave a voice mail to cancel the order. You can't get through to a live person, and the email I received to confirm the cancellation stated "cannot be filled." If they can't fill an order, why do they accept it; and, if they can't fill an order, why don't they contact the customer? A BIG RIP OFF!!! I'd give them a "0" star if there was one in the scale.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!
COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT.
SPEECHLESS THAT THEY GET AWAY WITH SCAMMING CUSTOMERS THE WAY THEY DO.
YOU ORDER ONE THING AND THEY SEND YOU ANOTHER. YOU RETURN AND THEN THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT.
TERRIBLE. FRAUDULENT. ILLEGAL.
STOREFRONT ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST. ADDRESS LISTED WITH PAYPAL IS RESIDENTIAL.
BEWARE!!!!
