I came to Liberty tax on 03/24/2011 to file my 2010 tax. The person did my tax (HER NAME IS DAWN). she said i own IRS $48 and the fee for file tax is $60. I did pay $48 through her, so she can send to IRS for me, also the fee. On 02/13/2012, i did receive the letter from Franchise tax said that they need the proof of the payment . I did call DAWN many times the same day i receive this letter, she promise she will email the copy of the receipt to me, but she does not do it. I am very disappoint about her, she is not reliable person, until now i have not receive email from her. Please, help me to solve this matter. my email is [email protected]. my phone is 317-627-1771
