I have received a letter from your Delhi Office(F-41, 1st Floor, conn.place, New Delhi) regarding un-paid of premium. But it is regret to note that the policy Number mentioned in the above letter is not related to me.(mentioned P.No.117607460). But my Policy No. is 117607459/dtd.06.12.2013. The premium period is mentioned in your letter is yearly. But my above policy premium mode is QUARTERLY and quarterly premium amount is Rs.4080/-. Sum assured amount is mentioned in the above letter is Rs.2,50,000/- .But my above policy sum assured amount is 1,30,000/-.

MOREOVER I HAVE PAID UPTO DATE PREMIUM AMOUNT THROUGH THROUGH S.B.I.INTERNET BANKING AND NECESSARY RECEIPT IS ALSO RECEIVED THROUGH INTERNET.

So, I request you please trace the above policy details and intimate immediately the real information. This type of wrong information is not expected from esteemed LIC
