Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club misrepresented the types of services provided, used aggressive and unfair sales tactics (offering free alcohol under false pretenses before the sales pitch), lied about the terms of the contract, cancellation policy and the services provided. When I contacted the company few days later to try and cancel the contract I was told that I am not getting my deposit back and there is no way to get out of the contract now. I explained that I see no value in the members and would like to cancel because I will never use it, but the company refused to resolve this situation.
At this point I am being threatened by the company about sending my case to a collection agency if I refuse to pay for the services I never used and will never use in the future.
This is a total nightmare.
If there is a class action law suit against this company I would like to join in.
