I would like to join this lawsuit. So many things were said in the meeting. After I got back home US I tried to get more information that was assured to me. Nothing is panned out. I was told in the initial meeting that they could help me rent it. Also that I was getting it cheaper because I bought it off of someone else. That is not happening. They also said if I wanted to sell it back to them that they could help me get a buyer. Now that things arent working out the story changed to no longer able to do that. They are a scam. It’s so sad for me because I am to trusting. And the girl that was telling me all of that and driving us around is horrible. I felt so bad bcuz she was pregnant & it was hot. I gave her $40 to buy groceries for her kids. I totally got scammed… This sucks! She was supposed to meet me again before I left. I never saw her again… So yes I would like to get on this lawsuit.

I purchased a Top Tier Platinum Supreme Membership and my contract states if Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club added a higher level my Membership would be upgraded at no cost to the Higher Level. My level is Crown Villas and they added a Royal Villa level and refused to honor my request. We just came back on October 25, 2019 and were not only refused the upgrade but they did not honor our in Villa Liquor order that they verified would be in our Villa before we arrived. We arrived with six people and they tried to put us in a three bedroom villa not the 6 bedroom. Two of the couples we went with were not married and did not want to share a bedroom.This organization is a Scam personified and they need to be brought to justice.

Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club told us that once we became a full member of the club everything would be free. They would pick us up at the airport, the fees for the room would be waved, we would get all inclusive. When I called on November 6
To make a reservation they said I had to pay 250 dollars
Per night for the room and $65 per person a day for the
All inclusive package. So for five nights a family of 5
Would pay $2550. A non member pay less shopping for
A reservation on line. This is fraud, my sister is dieing
Of Cancer in the hospital and I could not even mention
How our money was robbed from us . The only thing
Is they did not have a gun, just their lying tongue. I want
