I am writing in regards to sanitation at the facility not being up to standards. locker room dirty locker not cleaned. equipment not being serviced in timely manner even though staff is notified, sanitation wipes is always empty, standards need to be kept to a professional level or soon someone may become very ill. management seem to be more aware of these issues daily and making needed corrections. I f results are not met soon I will streamline these events for the world to see

My joint checkbook was stolen in May of 1996 at the New Hope LTF. The theid's ex-husband turned her in by sending copies of the carbons of the checks she left at restaurants all over town in my name and was asking me to pen a letter of her crimes so he could avoid paying her more child support! Thanks to social media, I looked her up and I realize I see her every Saturday morning at the Maple Grove club. So nice to get "re-victimized" every week. I told a manager on duty about this - but she apparently gets to keep working out at Maple Grove. I know they have had a number of their new kettle bells go missing now - I wouldn't'the be surprised if she's behind those thefts too!

Members beware, I'm one of five reported victims of recent theft of money and valuables stolen from inside my locked locker at the crosstown lifetime location. It was the second time something like this happened so I decided in addition to filing a claim I filed a police report. I cancelled my membership of five years because the manager brushed me off and dismissed the issue. Lifetime told me they would notify me if my items or thief was located. I just received a letter from the county attorney that it was an inside job their ops manager, lifetime has yet to acknowledge it. The hearing against 'Lisa' is in March. It's unfortunate you can't leave anything in your car or locker and you would think paying almost $100 a month they would provide better security.
I'm curious if the other victims are filing small claims court claims or if lifetime treated them better acknowledging their employee ?

You should always bring your own lock to gyms and not bring anything of value in the first place. My ex wife had a small portable combination locker she would put her wallet and keys into and leave with the front desk.
