bought and recieved a mobile phone from them, since having the phone i have not been able to use it as neither of the batteries will charge, i dont know wether its a fault in the charger itself or the battries, i have tried through the website to contact them about this problem but i keep getting refered to different places and to be honest ive had enough now, this phone was a gift to someone special, and now its useless!!!

IT SPEAKS BADLY-For anyone who posts complaints here-It might take them another two years to see it solved it seems

Ordered ladies shoes size 2 from Light in the box. On arrival, far too big, more like a UK size 3. When I asked for an exchange they said No, as I had ordered the wrong size??? They offered me a coupon for $20 which I refused. Also, it cost me £20.22 Customs charge for my parcel. My advice to anybody considering buying from this lot is: Do Not Do It. Whatever you purchase you will keep, whether its right for you or not, there is no exchange or refund available. This Company is absolutely disgraceful. Never ever again will I deal with them. BEWARE!!!
