I recieved no confirmation of my order
I ordered some items from light in the box.com through my PayPal account and immediately I recieved an email saying I have made a purchase from light in the box and the email also contained an invoice number. It has now been 6 days and I haven't recieved a confirmation email from them saying my order is being processes or anything like that. When I went back on the site and logged in from the email I attached to my PayPal account which I made the purchase through, the site says I have not made any order. I have tried reaching out to them but it seems there is no way to get through to them.The mail from paypal is all I have....no order number or tracking numbet. I am very frustrated. I either want my money back or the product. Right now I am thinking this website is a scam.
