Exactly what I said Light. It is the customer's responsibility to know the import taxes of their country.

I have paid for my three items in full now UPS took my parcel away because I never had £28 payment at the door there was NOTHING. On the website about paying extra import taxes I want my £90 back I'm a working single mom and can never afford these kind of luxuries so I treated myself on my credit card and now can't get in touch with anyone to get my money back or at least delivery with no extra charges

I'm sorry you were caught off guard on the import tax. We actually suggest our customers to read on Customs & Tariffs on our Knowledge Base, there we offer a link to send custom inquiries at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, some countries put high levy on imported goods and that is beyond our control. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience.
