They said they will gladly gives a new one but it will be $29.00. Are you kidding?! You don't stand behind your products . So today I go to pick it up and after being treated horrible by the front desk, they couldn't find the head gear. Last week you said you were leaving it out front. So today I take time off from work, drive 45 mins and still do not get the needed item. I have never seen such a horrible operation and terrible customer service.
