Twice my wife and I have scheduled with Lincare of Mt. Vernon for oxygen delivery for my wife and twice they have failed to deliver or notify us of any complications. My wife requires the bottle oxygen tanks to enable her to be mobile and work.

At the Lincare office the front desk receptionist were very cold not wanting to help us and actually argued that we only get so many deliveries being on Medicare when we have private insurance and are not on Medicare. The attitude of the people are of not giving a dam about the customer or there health and if it doesn't change someone could die from their negligence and will be sued.

On one positive note the Technicians in the back where I had to go to get any service were very helpful in unloading and loading the oxygen tanks needed for my wife.

These people are terrible. My Dad passed away and I have been begging them to come pick up their oxygen tanks and large oxygen concentrator. I have no way to deliver these back to their office.
They promise every day to come and then never do. I can't imagine what folks would do if they actually need these unreliable people to deliver the oxygen. The office staff are extremely nonchalant and indifferent.
