I called Lincare this morning to order CPAP supplies. The CSR's name was Tarji who lied to me. I told him I went into see a dermatologist about the rash I had on my face. The doctor looked at my CPAP mask which is a full face mask & told me I needed to change the face mask to a Nasal Pillow whereby you have 2 inserts into your nostrils. Doctor told me that latex was the cause of the rash. The CSR at Lincare's name is Tarji & he was based in a Georgia Office. He told me that I needed a Doctors order or excuse to change the face mask. This was a lie. I hung & called another office of Lincare & had no problem ordering the Nasal Pillow. Tarji told me a LIE. This type of employee s/b terminated immediately. He also went through a very long routine of verification that he said was required by HIPPA. I can't find anything online that HIPPA requires verification before ordering CPAP Supplies. I mean he asked for 1. Name; 2. Address; 3. Birth date; 4. Telephone #; 5. Insurance; 6. Whether or NOT anything has changed in the past 3 months.7. Wanted to know how many used face masks & filters I had on hand. Wanted to sell me a 1. Water Reservoir Tank; 2. Headgear; 3. filters. These people are out for MONEY-Greed & they don't give a damn about you. I've never seen such a dysfunctional team of people. When I asked Tarji to talk to a SUPERVISOR he told me another LIE and said NOBODY is AVAILABLE. B U L L SHIT! I am going to look for another CPAP Supplier ASAP. I've had enough of these people for a lifetime.
