For the second time this year I have received a letter indicating my payment is past due. Pretty interesting since I never received a first letter. I paid the bill on line.
Also, I can no longer place an order via the email I receive. I haven't been able to place an order on line for about one year. Very annoying. I did manage, and it wasn't easy, to obtain a phone number that should have taken me to your IT department to discuss the problem with them. That number took me to the ordering department. Still not able to order on line. Have to be annoyed by the incessant phone calls.
So, not happy with a past due payment letter when I never received any communication. Plus not happy that I cannot order on line any longer. Perhaps your IT department could fix that. I'm sure I am not the only one with the problem.

Lincare is now a monopoly. They bought Anthem, which was a very good company, and turned it in to their pathetic mess of a company. I started in Dec. 2017, to correct Insurance information on the first bill. I sent the bill
back, with the correct information. I called numerous times, asking them to add the second insurance company and to bill them. Nothing was done. So here we are on Feb. 2, 2018, and I am still trying to get this done. Do they think people are going to pay their stupid bills?
What kind of workers do they hire? This company sucks
and I am sick to my stomach dealing with them. Why can’t another company give them some competition?
There surely are enough customers. I hope Lincare goes
out of business— they are a disgrace. I believe they probably submit overcharges too.
