The manager, Kayla, at Lincare in Moultrie, Ga is a joke. If you question her she hangs up on you. It took me 2 weeks and a very irate pulmonologist to get oxygen delivered. Another 3 months for a portable concentrator. The first 2 I received were filthy. The driver stated she had just picked one up from a deceased person! Now I have been waiting over 3 months to have a filter in the portable concentrator changed. Corporate is no better. Waiting on an answer for over a week. If there was another oxygen company that accepted my insurance I would be changing companies ASAP!
