Lincare has changed and NOT 4 the better!! They ARE NOT the same company or people I've dealt with previously for 2 1/2 yrs. I have family living w/me (3yrs +) dependant on respiratory supplies/medical equipment. Normally you call the local # & speak with the same person(@Cherry Valley) to order ALL supplies/meds needed. Since last yr not 1 person answers the phone regardless of time spent waiting. NOW, instead I'm getting unsolicited calls 866# out of Florida supposedly with ppl with heavy accents(some rude) saying u must call different #'s 4 different supplies & prove who u are with ALL your private info!! WHO ARE THESE PPL?? Also they've sent meds & left them outside (condos) & I never ever got them. MOST times, items don't come at all & can't reach local # EVER!. Who are they charging & for what? Going to find another company that hopefully operates locally..SO DONE with Lincare!
