My four parcels stuck at KLIA Hub since 30.07.2020

Dear sir,

My parcel already picked up on 29.07.2020 but till today not yet received , as refer to the tracking is in KLIA since 30.07.2020.

Please let me know why the parcel stays at KLIA nearly 1 week and we need these urgently.
