Sono Bello, Atlanta office. Had chin, neck, and arms lipo suctioned on the same day 1/2015. Dr. was looking for the laser. He said he use it before he starts the lipo, but the other doctor said he uses it after, so Dr did the procedure first. This other Doctor did nothing to help only to talk. They talked throughout the process. Talked about the doctor across from them that isn't a plastic surgeon doing lipo, and other doctors that weren't as well. That anyone can do lipo. Talked about other things. Well I ended up with laser burn under my chin and my left arm. I went in so they can see what was going on with my chin as I did not know about my arm yet. He did a scar revision. I did not feel he wanted to. I did not know what else to do. This should not have happened in the first place. They are supposed to be Board Certified. The manager took pictures and said she we going to send it to corporate. I haven't heard anything back. The current manager, casandra never called me back either. The office is very unprofessional, uncaring. Once they get your money they are done. Even the front office is unpleasant. You wait in the front for hours before going back because the new cases take presidence over any mistake they make on your body.
