I had placed my Michael Kors watch {value $300.00} on Listia. A girl that goes by the Listia name Oneoak {real name: Jenilee Steigerwald} won the bid.. I paid for the shipping and sent the working watch to her..She complained to Listia that the item was broke.. I disputed it..Listia gave her 7 days and told her she had to pay for shipping and had to return the item to me.. The 7 days came and went, no item..She refuses to give it back and Listia has given her the winning credits back..So now im out the item and credits.. Thats theft.. She has a item that she didnt pay for and the worse part about it is, Listia allowed it to happen.. I proceeded to take whatever action i can...
