this same company Llyod and McDaniel drained my entire bank account on Xmas eve, yesterday. I've never heard if this company nor do I have any current outstanding debts. how is this legal for them to have access to my account and take every penny available? when banks reopen tomorrow I will be disputing this and getting a lawyer if needed. this is fraud and bullshit.

Lloyd and McDaniels garnished my checking account without me knowing. Yes i owed a debt but have not talked with these people in over 4 years. I had contacted the bank to find out who and why was withdrawing funds. I was giving a phone number to contact them. The lady i talked to was very rude and no help at all. I believe there should be a law against with pulling funds out like that. They claim to have sent me a letter 9 months ago and had no response. Maybe because i didnt get it they should have double checked.i know the people at this law firm does not know me and i am not wanting any special treatment but maybe they should take time and listen. I do know they are probably told lies everyday but there is some honest people like myself that would like to be treated right.

Money owed from a credit card. I am a cancer patient and I was unable to get my meds. The bank told me that the my social security was frozen.

Lloyd and McDaniel LLC continues to harass me with a lawsuit even after I have informed the court that I am on a disability income and intend to pay my debt but need more time. They are relentless and unfair and it makes me very angry that a law firm in this day and age should be able to employ practices like this to people who are having a difficult time in this economy. They need to be limited in what they can do to people who currently do not have the means to pay their debts but are not trying to get out of them.

Lloyd & McDaniel and Asset Acceptance purchase old debt and go after people without the means for legal representation. They file document in court without allowing the defendent to plead their case. If you dispute the debt it is stated in their letter that they will provide you with proof of the debt but, they don't send anything.

The obtained a summary judgement, garnisheed my bank account and payroll check without me every having the opportunity to go to court or present my receipts and checks showing payments made on the account.

They must be stopped. I would like to know if anyone else has been affected by this company. I am interested in filing a class action lawsuit.

I am going through a Very similar situation with them. They make up things that were said and put them in their notes. Then they repeat them as though the conversation really happened, I guess since it is being recorded. They also garnished my checking and savings. Class action suit... Let me know!
