When I applied for a loan at capfin, I've advised the lady that was assisting me telephony that debit order needs to go off on the 27th of each month, as that is when I get paid but because I'm banking with Capitec my salary normally reflects on the 26th I've explained this to her, and she said your system would allow to set the direct debit date for the 27th I have questioned this she was adamant that you will only debut from my salary, My issue is and this has caused a huge problem for me, you have also put me in to detriment as those funds had nothing to do with my salary, I need someone to call me and surely looking to be compensated for the financial loos you've put me through I mean this is a TCF breach and you call listening to the call, my contact no: 0728390058 email [email protected] ID:8801200477084

I just got a call from a cafpin consultant and they told me that i made a loan application, that i know nothing about. When i asked the consultant to cancel the application the consultant sed that they can not help me. Is the anything i can do or anyone to help me solve this problem
