I had taken out a loan with loan mart and they only pay minimal and let your interest build, they reposed my truck and damaged the vehicle!! Why engine was damaged and cools
When they were power washing it fir repossession sale. They told me they would hold my truck for one week and when I went during the appropriate time to get my truck they relocated it to Fontana !!! They said I had to submit paper work to their department about compliantd for repair and have done NOtHIng to repair the damages which has came from my own pockets. They are being rude and switching off agents calling me looping calls leaving me in hold and they said just give us our truck!! They don't care about my hardships they don't care about being human these agents use intimidation tacktics and are very hostile. Tell them you are recording them!! Like I am doing and have done as well this waynthey cannot manipulate their phone conversations. These guys are breaking so many laws and there should be something done

Can someone please give me advice on how to start a Law Suit against Loan Mart. i took out a loan and was so in need of money, the representative was so nice and made everything sound good. i regret it. these Business really know how to sugar coat a situation.They should be put in jail for false advertisement.

I was approve for a loan. it was not explained to me good. the representative made it sound clear. but i was fooled i know owe more then the car is worth.
