Why i receive e mails from there

I got scam like 2009 or 10 I don't remember but my telephone number was 8016445852 and now is 3852469321..i got scam with 1200 USD on 2009 or 10 over the phone which was 8016445852 they told me was a government loan of 6000 USD so some body it's been send ing me emails for the past few years they told me that I have money on Benin republic and Abuja or something call me feel free at 3852469321
