I have to agree with this original complaint. I bought something for nearly $30 and waited 3 months. I would email them every so often and they assured me they were working on my order. Granted my item was VERY rare, but it was getting to be a little ridiculous. They said they weren't just "sitting around doing nothing." Well, regardless, I asked them for a refund. They said they'd give me one in 24-48 hours. Four days later: no refund and no item either. SCAM!

Ordered stuff on the 8th of this month, now I understand things take time thats fine, but when i ask for a report my reply is always the same "Almost done should be in this weekend" Here is the 22nd of the month now. Which weekend should I expect lootfetch? I mean yes I truly understand many orders and companys can get swamped but cmon..A small "Duly noted we have x amount of your stuff and we're deeply sorry for this delay" Would be acceptable but dont outright lie and then finally after I send 12 nice pleading emails I get a item and im told to list it on the ah for 20k and expect my money within the hour (I post they buy tactic highly understood not complaining bout that part) 7 hours gone now..no buyout. I would just like my stuff..

Item not received, its been three weeks. Unacceptable for a crafted item. Ive filed a chargeback with Visa and got my money back. Do not do business with this "company".

The poster (TexasRanger) is a company employee. Loot fetch has failed in almost every transaction to deliver as promised. They are an offshore rip off company that has almost total immunity from international prosecution. Try to find them. Look for the corporation. You won't find it. THIEVES!!!
