I have attached all the necessary documents that you requested from my friend, Lorraine Marais - UIF REF #0606582/4 and I.D No 6304050957083. She spoke with you on the telephone this morning as well as sending an email from my computer in order to communicate with you as per your suggestion. She has been chased away three times from the Germiston UIF office by the Supervisor who told her to stop wasting his time, she must apply online (which she did) but when she asked about the documents, he told her they were not needed as it was paperless. She has been waiting since 23/12/2016 when the online update said that her application was sent to the Paymaster.

Please would you be kind enough to process the attached signed documents and escalate the payment for her as she had to leave her home today because she cannot pay and is still looking for work.
