I noticed back in February of 2018 that money was taken off of my card I am a recipient of SSI I am disabled and I have Direct Express Card I checked into this company and noticed that everybody who has been hit on the floor charge is SSI recipient and they have a direct express account. I feel this is an inside job from somebody working at Direct Express taking money off of people's card's this needs to stop and it needs to be checked into I've already contacted the Arizona attorney general's office and filing a complaint and I suggest everybody else in other states do the same thing
